Bay Area Rapper Hoody Hawi Releases New Project “Artificial Ignorance”

You might have seen or heard of this new project that recently hit the music community online by Hoody Hawi. The project is called Artificial Ignorance and explores new futuristic sounds and melodies that brought me back to the 2016 SoundCloud era but with a new advanced tone.

Hoody Hawi is a rapper from the Bay Area who emerged onto the scene in 2018 with his single “Guapenese”, a song which is more traditional to the Bay Area style of production. Fast forward to 2022, Hoody is experimenting with new sounds on Artificial Ignorance and it truly shows just how versatile of an artist Hoody is.

Artificial Ignorance from top to bottom tells the story of a young man doing whatever it takes to get to the money and, set himself and his family up for generational success. If I were to recommend any specific songs on the project I would say “One Comma Ooo”, the song is beyond catchy and will have you repeating the chorus in your head all day. From the production to Hoody Hawi’s flow, this project is gold and the underground community needs to start paying attention to what he’s doing for the Bay Area.
