Once again proving why she’s taken the music scene by storm, Jane Remover’s second studio album Census Designated showcases her eclectic range of influences, spanning from digicore and hyperpop to noise rock and grunge. Having just turned 20 in September, the young artist has quickly gained recognition in the industry, stemming from her critically acclaimed debut album Frailty – a project that earned high praise from Pitchfork for its innovative and genre-blurring sound.

“Census Designated” builds upon Jane Remover’s vast array of records in her discography and has certainly established her as a rising star in the growing internet era of music creation – alongside fellow deadAir Records signees Quannic and Quadeca. Considered “an entire genre in and of itself, taking hyperpop's silliest tendencies to their logical conclusions” according to Raphael Helfand of The Fader, Jane Remover’s unique approach to songwriting has solidified her as a promising talent to watch in the music industry.
