Tahvon Releases 2 Singles “Lightspeed” and “New Status”

Houston native and rising phenom, Tahvon has kicked off February with a plethora of singles. The latest being “Lightspeed” and “New Status”- the latter which features madennewyork.

“Lightspeed”, as the name implies, sees Tahvon look at life speeding past him and how various things just change in the blink of an eye. Losing his car, as well as battling other vices led to the creation of this single which according to Tahvon is different from what he’s been working on for his album.

“New Status”, on the other hand, sees the Houston native talk about moving higher than where he currently is in life. The single serves as a symbol of new beginnings. Tahvon uses this single to show listeners how he and madennewyork have been levelling up their game and artistry consistently. Madennewyork’s verse on this track is nothing short of perfect and both artists complement each other very well.

With both singles confirmed for Tahvon’s “Lone Star of the South” which drops on the 15th of March, one can only wonder how many more masterpieces are on this album.
