velora’s debut release not only pays homage to the best of shoegaze but also underlines the genre's recent resurgence. Through a blend of fuzzy textures and entrancing melodies, velora showcases why the genre remains a captivating force, some 20 years after the original movement. 

Hailing from Miami, Florida, velora enters the scene alongside fellow shoegaze outfit Leaving Time (who also released an impressive project earlier this year). This dual showcase hints at a growing shoegaze movement in Florida, signaling a potential rise in a new counter culture in the Sunshine State.
