Erin LeCount Looped “White Ferrari” and “I Know The End” and It’s Absolutely Haunting

In an abandoned church, Erin LeCount stands behind a DJ board and a microphone — but this isn’t a rave. LeCount looped Frank Ocean’s “White Ferrari” with Phoebe Bridgers’s “I Know the End” and added her own vocals in a TikTok video with now over 705K views.

For a different video, the 20-year-old producer and songwriter sat atop the hill at Griffith Conservatory, an orange sky over Los Angeles behind her and a DJ board in her lap. These backdrops perfectly mirror the beauty of this track, highlighting the powerful emotional components and playing off the cinematic nature of both original songs. LeCount also manages to keep the best parts of both songs intact in her cover, which includes the ending lyrics to “I Know the End.”

The cinematic quality of “White Ferrari” and “I know the End” is exactly what LeCount strives for in her original work. According to her website, she draws inspiration from dreamy, experimental pop artists Fiona Apple, Lorde, The xx, Florence + The Machine, Lana del Rey, BANKS, FKA Twigs and Sampha.

Originally from London, LeCount has 15.8K monthly listeners on Spotify, and has been releasing music since 2022.
